I was impressed from the first phone call. The woman who answered was extremely polite and helpful. She continued her same sunny, welcoming demeanor when we met in the office. From there, Dr. Armstrong, Keisa, and the hygienist I spoke with were all very nice and explained things very well. They were all welcoming and very nice. I am very pleased to have finally found a dentist in Greensboro. I highly recommend Neighborhood Dental!

Very happy with this practice. I’m comfortable with the Drs in this practice but my biggest evaluation has always been the staff   The office manager has really gone beyond to work around my schedule and always with a polite attitude genuinely trying to help never making me feel an inconvenience.  The hygienist have been friendly and gentle making me feel relaxed and at ease. I’ve been going to this practice for several years now and I’ve always been greeted with a smile and left with another smile. They’ve found things that other dentist and hygienist have missed and for this I continue to put my trust in this practice.  If anyone has has past bad experiences you really need to try these dentist.  You’ll be glad you did!!

I am a new patient and I love it here already! The front desk receptionist, Jessica S., is hands down the best! She ensured my referrals were done accurately and assisted with communication access while speaking with another oral surgeon’s office. Dr. Armstrong is also amazing! Her attitude is very positive and easygoing. She did her job with no time wasted. Dr. Armstrong also had honest feedback in a respectful way. I highly recommend this place!

I just want to brag on this place for a few minutes. I have been a long time patient here and I have enjoyed every visit to this office. Dr. Armstrong is amazing! She is so sweet and caring. She answers all of my questions and if I call with additional questions or concerns, she always call me back herself. The staff is great too, including Rachel, the manager. Over the years I have seen them tend to elderly patients, patients with disabilities, etc.. and I am impressed with the professional attitudes they have demonstrated. Again, this is an awesome place and I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

Wow! I actually can't believe that there aren't more reviews. Ive been there twice. Scheduled again next week, and Dr Armstrong is wonderful. I had a really bad anxiety filled experience my last doc, everyone here treated me with kindness and respect, I felt well informed and not ashamed but motivated. Im thankful to have come to this office. The staff is exceptional as well. Its been years since I've had a well rounded genuine friendly experience.

I was so nervous and in pain when I came to see Dr Armstrong. She saw me on a Saturday last minute and got me out of pain. After she took my teeth out, I felt wonderful. I would refer anyone to her!
